TÜBİTAK 2215 Scholarship Program

The TÜBİTAK 2215 Scholarship Program is a Turkish government-funded scholarship for highly qualified international students pursuing a Master's or PhD at universities in Turkey. The programme supports scientific and technological cooperation and prioritizes candidates with strong academic records, including international science olympiad medalists. Funding is provided for the duration of study: up to 2 years for Master's and up to 4 years for PhD.

Tuition fee waiver, monthly stipend for living expenses, full health insurance in Turkey, funding duration up to 2 years (Master) or 4 years (PhD).

Applicants must be foreign nationals (Turkish citizens and dual nationals are not eligible), meet age limits (maximum 30 years for Master applicants and maximum 35 years for PhD applicants), be enrolled or in the process of admission to a Master or PhD program in Turkey, and demonstrate excellent academic records (priority for international science olympiad medalists).

Apply exclusively online via TÜBİTAK's scholarship management platform (TYBS): create an account, select the TÜBİTAK 2215 program, complete the online form and upload required documents (passport copy, CV, diplomas/transcripts, admission letter or proof of application, research proposal, motivation letter, recommendation letters).
