The Farabi Interuniversity Exchange Programme is a national student mobility scheme administered by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) that enables students enrolled at Turkish universities to study for one or two semesters at partner institutions such as Marmara University. It is aimed at strengthening academic and cultural exchange between Turkish higher education institutions. The programme provides a monthly allowance to participating students but does not cover housing or transport costs.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Candidates must be regularly enrolled students at a partner Turkish university, have completed at least one year of studies at their home university, meet the programme GPA requirements, and be Turkish citizens or regular residents of Turkey.
Candidature
Consult the Farabi office at the home university, submit the complete application dossier via Marmara University's official portal, selection is made by academic commissions, then complete administrative registration for the exchange semester.
