Australian Maritime College (AMC) Bursary for Advanced Diplomas in Nautical and Marine Engineering

The AMC Bursary is a tuition-reduction scholarship administered by the Australian Maritime College in partnership with the University of Tasmania for international students. It supports students enrolled in Advanced Diploma programs in Nautical Sciences and Marine Engineering at the Launceston and Beauty Point campuses. The award provides a reduction of 25% to 30% of tuition fees for up to two years and does not cover living expenses, accommodation, travel or health insurance. Eligibility is assessed automatically at admission and successful applicants are notified in their official offer letter.

International students commencing year 1 or year 2 of an Advanced Diploma of Applied Sciences (Nautical Sciences or Marine Engineering), enrolled full-time (minimum 37.5 credits per study period), not a recipient of other University of Tasmania financial aid (except English course assistance), and not admitted via an articulation agreement with a partner institution.
