Mobility Support (Outgoing and Incoming)

The Mobility Support (Outgoing and Incoming) is a financial assistance programme run by the University of Luxembourg to facilitate international academic exchanges. It provides a fixed lump-sum allowance to cover logistical costs related to travel and temporary installation for students. The scheme is available both to University of Luxembourg students undertaking a compulsory semester abroad and to international students on short validated stays. Eligible stays must be approved by the University's International Relations Office.

Lump-sum financial assistance for international transport, support for temporary installation costs, and a contribution to living expenses during the stay.

Students regularly enrolled at the University of Luxembourg or at a partner university; outgoing University of Luxembourg students on a compulsory mobility and incoming international students on a validated short stay. Stays must be validated by the International Relations Office and correspond to mobility agreements.

Consult the International Relations Office to validate eligibility; submit a complete application file via the University of Luxembourg's dedicated platform; files are reviewed by the mobility commission and applicants are notified by email.
