U.S. Embassy in Cameroon Fulbright Foreign Student Program 2026-2027

The U.S. Embassy in Cameroon Fulbright Foreign Student Program is a competitive, merit-based scholarship for Cameroonian professionals to pursue graduate study in the United States. The program covers tuition-related fees, round-trip airfare, a monthly stipend, and health insurance for degree programs beginning in 2026-2027. It aims to foster mutual understanding through academic and cultural exchange and prioritizes master's study over Ph.D. work when possible.

Be a Cameroonian citizen, or a permanent resident with a Cameroonian passport, with at least the equivalent of four years of university study and the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree. English proficiency sufficient for graduate study, with an option for long-term English study for some candidates. Special accommodations are available for students with disabilities.
