Stipendije fondacije Luka Ćelović za akademsku 2026/27. godinu

The Luka Ćelović Foundation for Education Development announces scholarships for regular students for the academic year 2026/27. Eligible applicants are first-year regular students who reside permanently in the Trebinje area and are enrolled for the first time as regular students at a faculty. The scholarship is awarded to students from various faculties including Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, Medical, Economics, Law, Agriculture, Arts, and other higher education institutions. The scholarship grants 300 KM per month for nine months, from October 2026 to June 2027, totaling 2,700 KM per recipient.

First-year regular students enrolled at a faculty, residing in Trebinje, who have not previously held another scholarship or other form of material assistance from a legal or natural person.

Submit a completed and signed application form, along with documentation such as proof of being a first-year regular student, a copy of ID, high school certificate, and a notarized statement confirming accuracy of information; all documents must be sent electronically to the foundation’s email address.
