The Luka Celovic Foundation scholarship program provides a monthly stipend to regular first-year students at public higher education institutions, across specified faculties. The award is 300 KM per month for nine months, covering October 2026 through June 2027, for a total of 2,700 KM per recipient. Applicants must be citizens of Republika Srpska residing in Trebinje and newly enrolled as first-year regular students.
