ERASMUS+ Virtual Exchanges (ERASMUS-EDU-2026-VIRT-EXCH) Western Balkans / Sub-Saharan Africa / South Mediterranean / Neighbourhood East

Erasmus+ Virtual Exchanges funding calls invite consortia to implement online, moderated intercultural exchange activities for young people between 13 and 30 years old. Projects involve organisations from EU Member States and third countries associated to the Programme, and may include participants from eligible third countries; activities include online discussions, role plays, training for youth workers and university staff, and online courses. Projects must last up to 36 months and are funded through EU grants to the implementing consortium.

Funding for the project including online activities, coordination, and implementation costs; opportunities for youth to engage in intercultural exchanges online.

Consortia must include at least 6 independent organisations from 4 different eligible countries, with participation from higher education institutions or youth organisations and the involvement of EU Member States and third countries associated to the Programme or eligible third countries not associated to the Programme.
