MENA Holland Scholarship

The Mina Holland Scholarships are fully funded scholarships for professionals from ten participating Middle East and North Africa countries to pursue short courses at Dutch universities for one year. The program is funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Middle East and North Africa program, with aims related to democratic transition and capacity building. Selected participants may receive support covering various costs to enable their studies.

Professionals from ten participating Middle East and North Africa countries who meet passport validity and employment eligibility requirements; must not be employed by an organization that provides its own staff development funds; may need language prerequisites as specified by the hosting institution.

Apply through the Dutch higher education institution offering the course; selection and funding decisions processed through Dutch partner institutions and the Netherlands embassy checks where applicable.
