Research consultancy for Multilateral Dialogue (MLD) Workshop 1

The Multilateral Dialogue project is seeking an external research consultant to conduct a desk-based scoping and evidence-synthesis study to support Workshop 1 planned for February 2027. The assignment includes reviewing project materials, literature, and international cases; mapping principles and values; and producing analytical outputs for policy and stakeholder audiences.

Budget for the consultancy (€15,000–€25,000) and opportunity to contribute to policy-relevant outputs for a multilateral R&I context

Advanced degree or equivalent expertise in science policy, international R&I or a related field; substantial applied research or consultancy experience; ability to communicate findings to policy and scientific audiences; availability to deliver within the timeframe.
