Diplomado de Líderes Educativos

The Diplomado de Líderes Educativos is a professional development diploma program for school leaders, including official school directors and regional supervisors, focused on leadership in education. The first promotion comprised 690 participants who completed 10 modules for directors and five for supervisors, with a project to address a school-identified issue. The program is planned and coordinated by MEDUCA's National Directorate of Training and Professional Development.

Professional development through a multi-module diploma program and a capstone educational project; certification as Educational Leaders upon completion.

Open to official school directors and regional supervisors in Panama.
