Microsoft Winter Co-Op Internship in Business Program Management 2027

The Microsoft Winter Co-Op Internship in Business Program Management is an 8-month consecutive internship starting in January 2027. Interns identify, define and design opportunities to develop or improve programs, advocate program value through metrics, and monitor program alignment and processes. Interns work on real-world projects in collaboration with teams across the world and are empowered to build community and explore professional interests. The role is oriented to business and finance studies and is sponsored by Microsoft in Canada.

Paid internship with a typical base pay of CAD $4600 per month; experience working on real-world projects and professional development opportunities.
