The XXIII International Scientific-Practical Conference "Science and Education in the Context of Global Transformation" is a multidisciplinary academic conference accepting research articles across humanities, social sciences, natural sciences and technical fields. Participation is in absentia (remote) and accepted articles of at least five pages are published in the conference proceedings and uploaded to eLIBRARY as full texts. Each participant receives the conference proceedings entry, placement in eLIBRARY, certificates and other documents on request; DOI assignment and Crossref placement are available on request.

Inclusion in the conference proceedings; placement of article and proceedings in eLIBRARY; conference programme; certificates, letters of appreciation, diplomas and publication statements on request; assignment of UDC, BBK, ISBN for the publication; DOI and Crossref placement on request.

Authors may submit articles of at least five pages for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
