Fulcrum Fellowship 2026

The Fulcrum Fellowship is a 13-month leadership development programme for experienced leaders working to strengthen community investment, capital, policy and practice. It combines in-person and virtual activities, personal coaching, systems thinking, and peer learning to help fellows develop actionable strategies for community investment and capital deployment. The programme includes five multi-day in-person seminars in Berkeley, California, and requires commitment to the full duration of the fellowship.

Experienced leaders with significant authority within their organisations, 10-15 years of experience in related fields, and commitment to racial equity and cross-sector collaboration.

Endorsement from the applicant’s organisation is required.
