DFG Nachwuchsakademie "Gefäßchirurgie – von der Bench bis zur klinischen Forschung"

The DFG Nachwuchsakademie "Gefäßchirurgie – von der Bench bis zur klinischen Forschung" is a cohort-based qualification programme for early-career researchers in vascular surgery. Up to 20 participants develop their research ideas into competitive third-party funding proposals through workshops, mentoring and targeted training (study design, statistics, GCP, scientific writing). The programme includes a planning workshop, a multi-day academy week, a phase for drafting and submitting funding applications, and a revisions/alumni workshop.

Participation in workshops and an academy week, individual project mentoring, networking with national and international experts, support to develop and submit competitive research funding proposals; places for up to 20 participants.

Scientists in early stages of their scientific or clinical-scientific careers who work in vascular surgery or are members of the German Society for Vascular Surgery (DGG).

Applicants submit an application to the DFG Nachwuchsakademie via the DFG registration/application form.
