Women Techsters Fellowship Class of 2025

The Women Techsters Fellowship is a one-year experiential learning program designed to empower young women and girls across Africa by providing them with essential technology skills. The fellowship focuses on multiple high-demand tech paths and combines intensive technical and soft skills training with opportunities for practical experience through internships, freelancing, volunteering, or mentoring.

Comprehensive training in technical and soft skills, mentorship, networking opportunities, hands-on experience through internships or similar engagements, and community support.

Applicants must be female and aged 16 to 40, reside in participating African countries, and university degree is not required.
