Programa de Posgrado en Saemaul y Política Global (PSPS)

The Programa de Posgrado en Saemaul y Política Global (PSPS) at Yeungnam University is a full-time two-year master's programme aimed at training international leaders in socio-economic development, public policy and sustainability. Instruction is fully in English and the programme offers several master degree tracks in Saemaul development, public policy, development economics and sustainable development. Selected students receive a scholarship package that includes tuition coverage and a monthly living stipend for part of the programme.

Full tuition coverage for four semesters; admission fee exemption; monthly stipend of 1,000,000 KRW for March 2027–February 2028.

Applicants must not hold Korean nationality (neither by birth nor naturalization) nor have parents with Korean nationality; applicants to the master's programme must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognised institution and demonstrate high English proficiency; applicants must be in good physical and mental health.
