Women’s Developmental Leadership Program 2026–2027

The Women’s Developmental Leadership Program 2026–2027 is a multi-part leadership development programme for Pacific women who are Australia Awards scholars. It includes bespoke coaching, two residential leadership intensives, real-issue challenges, and workplace internships to build leadership capabilities and regional networks. The program aims to strengthen leadership practice and provide ongoing support for alumni to apply developmental leadership approaches in real-world contexts.

Applicants must identify as a woman and be enrolled as an Australia Awards scholar at an Australian university or tertiary institution during the first semester of 2027, and be available to commence the program in February 2027.
