Advanced Digital and Professional Training (ADaPT) for Black Youth Program 2025

The ADaPT for Black Youth Program 2025 provides training, work placement, and employment support to Black youth aged 15 to 29 in Ontario. It covers foundational, digital and professional skills, with topics including personal branding, career development, Microsoft Excel, social media marketing, cybersecurity, and more. Participants receive a dedicated career coach and access to career advancement opportunities, with the program offered free to eligible participants.

Training in digital and professional skills, work placement, employment support, and a dedicated career coach for resume/cover letter and interview preparation.

To be eligible, you must be aged 15 to 29, identify as Black, and live in Ontario, Canada.
