Cantonal Study Grants of the Republic and Canton of Ticino

The Cantonal Study Grants of the Republic and Canton of Ticino are public grants awarded to support Bachelor and Master students with limited family resources. Awards are calculated individually based on the applicant's and family's economic situation and follow cantonal scales. Support is provided for the normal duration of the study programme. The grants are intended for students who are Swiss citizens or taxable permanent residents in the canton of Ticino or another Swiss canton and are enrolled in a higher education institution.

Periodic financial allowance calculated by cantonal scale; personalized financial assistance based on family income and assets; support for the normal duration of Bachelor and Master studies.

Swiss citizens or taxable permanent residents in the canton of Ticino or another Swiss canton who are officially enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor or Master) and meet the socio-economic conditions set by the cantonal scholarship office.
