UQ International High Achievers Scholarship

The UQ International High Achievers Scholarship is an academic-excellence scholarship for international students enrolling in undergraduate or postgraduate coursework programs at the University of Queensland. It provides a 20% reduction in tuition fees per semester for the duration of the program. Eligibility is based on academic merit and a competitive score among offer holders for the commencement semester. The scholarship is applied to tuition fees once conditions of the offer are satisfied.

International students who have applied to study full-time at UQ commencing in 2027 in an eligible program, have satisfied all conditions of their program offer and entry/English requirements, and have achieved a competitive score among offer holders; applicants must not have received another UQ tuition reduction or a full scholarship/sponsorship from another organisation.

No separate application; applicants are automatically assessed when they apply to study a full-time eligible program at UQ.
