Call for Vendors: Prequalification of Service Providers and Vendors

The Media Foundation for West Africa (MFWA) invites service providers to express interest for prequalification across multiple categories, establishing a vetted database to be invited for quotations or proposals for future assignments. The call defines categories including accommodation, travel, catering, consultancy, printing, and office supplies, among others. Submissions do not guarantee contracts but allow vendors to be considered for MFWA projects and operations.

Vendors must be legally registered and authorized to operate in their jurisdiction and demonstrate capacity to deliver services in a timely and professional manner.
