The Carr Center Fellowship offers a year-long opportunity to affiliate with the Carr Center at the Harvard Kennedy School for research and writing, attending learning opportunities, and interacting with faculty and experts. Fellows work primarily non-residentially, with possible limited office space for in-residence participants. Each fellowship term spans one academic year (September 1–June 30).

Conditions d'éligibilité
Fellows can be post-docs, scholars, academics on sabbatical, human rights defenders, senior leaders in international organizations, or heads of human rights organizations; the center welcomes both emerging and established scholars and practitioners whose research and practice align with its priorities.
Candidature
Submit a resume/CV, a research proposal aligned with the center's priorities, an executive summary, contact details for two references, a writing sample, and a list of publications.
