Black Communities Technical Housing Resource Centre Task Force

The Network for the Advancement of Black Communities (NABC) seeks qualified candidates to form a Task Force to guide the establishment and launch of the Black Communities Technical Housing Resource Centre. The BCHC aims to aid Black-led organizations and stakeholders in Canada by addressing housing needs and dismantling barriers. Task force members will help shape governance, membership, and the first board with Afrocentric values.

Voluntary participation with reimbursement of in-person meeting expenses; opportunity to influence the establishment of the BCHC and contribute to housing outcomes for Black communities in Canada.

Applicants should demonstrate experience in not-for-profit governance, including board membership or management, with a commitment to supporting housing needs of Black communities and the ability to work collaboratively.
