Economics and Finance Placement Scholarship

The Economics and Finance Placement Scholarship supports home undergraduate students in the School of Economics and Finance who undertake a year in industry. The award covers the full cost of the tuition fee for the academic year in which the industrial placement is undertaken. Five scholarships are available for 2025/26. Recipients are selected based on academic performance and eligibility criteria including household income.

Tuition fee coverage for the placement year; value £1,905; five awards available.

Home students registered on a School of Economics and Finance degree with a year in industry, paying full home tuition fees, who have secured an approved work placement for 2025/26, met academic progression requirements and can demonstrate an annual household income below £42,000.
