Local 2790 Scholarship Program

The Local 2790 Scholarship Program provides undergraduate scholarship awards to dependent children of Local 2790 Carpenters Union members who plan to pursue full-time undergraduate study at accredited two- or four-year colleges, universities, or vocational-technical schools. Recipients are selected based on academic performance, leadership, work experience, and career goals, with up to $2,500 awarded per recipient and potential renewal for up to three additional years. The program is administered by Scholarship America on behalf of Local 2790.

Dependent children under age 26 of a current Local 2790 Carpenters Union member; high school seniors, high school graduates (including GED), or current undergraduate students planning to enroll full-time in an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the upcoming academic year.
