Access to Higher Education in Portugal (Special Regime)

The Access to Higher Education in Portugal (Special Regime) is an annual call that enables Mozambican applicants to enter Portuguese higher education under a special admissions regime. It is organised by Mozambique's Instituto de Bolsas de Estudo in cooperation with the Mozambican embassy in Lisbon.
