AU-AIP Youth Fellowship & Mentorship Program 2024-2025

The AU-AIP Youth Fellowship & Mentorship Program 2024-2025 aims to support Africa’s next generation of water leaders. Fellows will work on assignments related to water investment, climate resilience, and gender-sensitive development, under a multidisciplinary mentorship framework in multiple African countries. At the end of the fellowship, participants receive a certificate and a recommendation letter, with a monthly stipend for incidental costs.

Certificate and recommendation letter from AU and GWP-Africa; potential introductions to partners for professional development; network access within regional and continental teams; EUR 500 monthly stipend.

Recent graduates within the last 3-5 years with a Master’s degree in relevant areas; a PhD is desirable; registered postgraduate students may apply; citizen or resident of AU Member States are prioritized.
