GRCF Ronald T. Smith Family Scholarship

The GRCF Ronald T. Smith Family Scholarship is an award administered by the Grand Rapids Community Foundation for students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree or trade education. It is offered to employees of Bodycote Grand Rapids or Holland Plants, or the spouse/domestic partner or child (natural, adopted, or step-child) of such employees. Applicants must meet a minimum 2.5 GPA. Recipients are selected by the Grand Rapids Community Foundation following its application process.

$5,000 award

Students who are employees of, or the spouse/domestic partner or child (natural, legally adopted, or step-child) of an employee of Bodycote Grand Rapids or Holland Plants; pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree or trade education at any accredited U.S. college, university or trade school; minimum 2.5 GPA.

Applicants follow the Grand Rapids Community Foundation (GRCF) selection and application process; recipients are selected by GRCF.
