Senior Evaluator – Evaluation of UNESCO's Information for All Programme (IFAP)

The UNESCO Evaluation Office is seeking expressions of interest from qualified senior evaluators to lead an independent evaluation of UNESCO’s Information for All Programme (IFAP) covering 2007–2026 and informing its future strategic direction. The senior evaluator will assess relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability of IFAP, including governance and national committee involvement, with the aim of guiding future arrangements of the programme. The assignment is a senior consultancy opportunity within an international intergovernmental context.

Expressions of interest are invited from qualified senior evaluators with substantial experience in programme evaluation, governance assessment and international development or multilateral organisations.
