Council on Foreign Relations Fellowships 2027–2028

The Council on Foreign Relations offers multiple fellowship programs for professionals with a demonstrated interest in foreign policy. Fellowships provide opportunities to work in policymaking or research environments in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, or at CFR, for a period of up to one year. Program options include the International Affairs Fellowship and several specialized fellowships such as in Canada, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, European security, press, nuclear security, and technologist-in-residence.
