Your Future in GreenJobs Mentorship Program 2026

The Your Future in GreenJobs Mentorship Program is a mentored, action-based program for youth that combines online workshops with one-on-one mentorship to help participants design and implement a Changemaker Project focused on green career pathways and SDG-related actions. Fifty applicants aged 14-20 from around the world are selected to participate in online activities from December 2026 to June 2027, including workshops on project management, pitching, and climate education. Participants gain guidance from green job professionals and develop next steps toward pursuing careers in sustainable development.

One-on-One Mentorship from green job practitioners, skill workshops on project management and climate action, hands-on experience designing and executing a local SDG project, and networking opportunities with a global cohort of young climate leaders.

Applicants must be between 14 and 20 years old, have completed the Your Future in Green Jobs Online Course, have upper-intermediate English, and be capable of participating in online meetings.
