Outset STEM/Medicine Camps

Outset is a one-week pre-college summer camp for students interested in STEM, medicine and healthcare careers. The program is designed for 9th-12th graders and helps participants explore medical specialties, receive hands-on skills training from physicians and faculty, and learn pre-med preparation tips. Sessions take place on the campuses of partner universities and include dorm housing, meals, speakers, tours and evening activities. The curriculum emphasizes practical medical experiences, mentorship and exposure to healthcare career pathways.

Housing on campus, meals, 24/7 trained onsite staff, Outset pre-med curriculum, hands-on medical training and sessions, speakers, tours and events, evening activities and transport, 7:1 staff-to-student ratio.

Open to high-school students in grades 9 through 12; appropriate for 14-18 year olds.
