Transformative African Leadership (TAL) Program 2027

The Transformative African Leadership Program 2027 is a pan-African executive leadership initiative designed to strengthen leadership capacity, improve institutional effectiveness, and prepare professionals to contribute to Africa’s development. It is developed by four leading African universities and supported by the Agence Française de Développement, with the inaugural cohort launching on 1 February 2027. The programme focuses on leadership in governance, policy development, institutional reform, and cross-border collaboration from a pan-African perspective.
