The Atlantic Editorial Fellowship 2027–2028

The Atlantic Editorial Fellowship is a full-time, about 12-month fellowship in Washington, D.C., combining hands-on editorial work with structured learning and professional development. Fellows support editors across newsroom departments, perform research, fact-checking, transcription, and story production, and gain exposure to editorial decision-making and newsroom operations.
