The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Programme funds foreign students for Master’s and Doctoral studies in France. It is administered by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and supports training of future decision-makers in priority areas of study. The scholarship provides stipends and certain services, but tuition fees are not covered.
