The GAYA Cultivating Inclusion for Food Security (Cultivate) Fellowship is a six-month capacity-strengthening programme for field-based emergency and resilience food security implementers who want to use qualitative methods to increase gender and youth inclusion. Fellows participate in virtual preparatory meetings, an in-person workshop, biweekly online meetings, and independent work to develop inclusive resilience-focused solutions within their programs.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Applicants must apply as a pair working within the same program, ideally with one partner focusing on gender/youth inclusion and the other on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning or adaptive management.
