UNICEF Yutopia Intrapreneur Fellowship Programme 2026

The UNICEF Yutopia Intrapreneur Fellowship Programme is a six-month, workplace-based initiative designed to empower emerging HR professionals to strengthen youth engagement, collaborative leadership and intergenerational collaboration within their organisations. It combines leadership training, mentorship and practical workplace experience to develop and pilot initiatives that improve youth inclusion and youth-centred organisational practices. Final certification is awarded by UNICEF YuWaah upon completion of a pilot-ready initiative.

Professional development in leadership, mentorship, structured workshops, and a pilot-ready workplace initiative; final certification upon successful completion.

Eligible candidates should be under 30 years old, work in HR, learning and development, people management or a leadership-related function, have at least six to twelve months of tenure within their organisation, and obtain explicit support from their line manager and nominating HR leader.

Nomination by the fellow's organisation with line-manager endorsement; submission of organisation-approved project scope and engagement plan; completion of six-month programme with mentoring and workshops.
