AscoltaMI psychological support service

AscoltaMI is a digital psychological support service provided through the Italian Ministry of Education and Merit in collaboration with the National Council of the Order of Psychologists (CNOP). It offers eligible students a digital voucher to access a cycle of individual online counselling sessions with professionals specialised in adolescent issues. Sessions are delivered via videoconference in a protected digital space and practitioners are selected nationally by the CNOP. The service is aimed at promoting psycho-physical wellbeing and addressing relational and emotional difficulties during the transition between school cycles.

Digital voucher (EUR 250) covering five 60‑minute online individual counselling sessions with psychologists specialised in adolescent issues; sessions held in a protected digital space.

Students in the last year of lower secondary school (Scuola secondaria di I grado) and in the first two years of upper secondary school (first biennium of Scuola secondaria di II grado); parents submit the voucher request via the Piattaforma Unica.
