CfI: Battery innovation for dual use and defence phase 1

The CfI: Battery innovation for dual use and defence phase 1 is a competitive funding opportunity run by UK Research and Innovation to support industrial research solutions that strengthen supply chain resilience and onshore critical dual-use capabilities for batteries. Organisations can apply for a share of a £2 million fund, inclusive of VAT. Contracts will be awarded to a single legal entity, which may work alone or with subcontractors.

To lead a project, the lead must be a single legal entity. Any organisation of any size can lead a project, including organisations based in the EU, EEA or internationally. Organisations may work alone or with other organisations acting as subcontractors.
