Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship

The Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship is a highly selective scholarship for community college students in the United States seeking to complete a bachelor’s degree at a four-year college or university. Awards are intended to cover a significant share of educational expenses for the final two to three years required to complete a bachelor’s degree. The scholarship provides advising services and opportunities to apply for additional stipends and a graduate scholarship. Awards vary by individual and are last-dollar funding after institutional aid.

Tuition coverage, living expenses, books and required fees; personal advising on college selection and financial aid; advising for transition to a four-year college; eligibility to apply for Internship Stipend, Conference and Travel Stipend, and Graduate Scholarship.

Be a current student at an accredited U.S. community college or two-year institution with sophomore status by January 1 or a recent graduate; plan to enroll full-time in a baccalaureate program at an accredited college or university in the coming fall; have a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.50 or better on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent). Applicants with a maximum annual gross family income of $95,000 will be considered; a full financial review of student and parental income and assets will be conducted.

Submit a complete application (essays are not required to submit a complete application); the Foundation will request essay submissions from applicants who advance in the selection process and will conduct a financial review.
