Open to journalists from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Ukraine.

Submit a pitch of up to 300 words in English describing the story idea, including a working headline, main points, and protagonist/sources; email to the provided address.
