Nanyang President’s Graduate Scholarship (NPGS)

The Nanyang President’s Graduate Scholarship (NPGS) is a fully funded doctoral scholarship at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, awarded to outstanding graduates and final-year students to pursue full-time PhD studies. The program awards a comprehensive package including tuition coverage, a monthly living stipend, and various research and professional allowances, for up to four years. Selection is based on academic merit, research proposal feasibility, CV and referees, with a nomination process through NTU schools alongside PhD admission.

Tuition coverage, monthly stipend, overseas conference allowance, book allowance, IT allowance, thesis allowance, and accommodation priority.

Designed for outstanding graduates and final-year students of all nationalities who will pursue a full-time PhD at NTU.

Submit online via NTU graduate admissions portal between 1 November and 31 December 2026 (NIE: 2 November–30 December 2026); select full-time doctoral study and indicate NPGS preference; provide required documents and two academic referee reports.
