Talos Fellowship – Spring 2025

The Talos Fellowship is a programme that empowers ambitious graduates to launch European policy careers focused on artificial intelligence. It offers two tracks: a Training track with an 8-week EU AI Policy Fundamentals Programme and a 7-day policymaking summit in Brussels, and a Placement track that includes the same training plus a 4-6 month placement at a think tank with a stipend. There is also an option to indicate interest in an International AI Governance Specialisation with online training and a Brussels summit.

Applicants should have a deep interest in artificial intelligence and its effects on society, with a preference for EU citizenship; exceptional non-EU candidates with relevant experience may be considered. The ideal candidate has finished undergraduate studies by the start of the training week, though many holds a master’s degree.
