Public Management and Leadership Programme 2027

The Public Management and Leadership Programme 2027 is a four-month hybrid training programme designed for active public managers to strengthen leadership, management, and institutional change-making skills through both in-person and online sessions in Kampala, Uganda. It targets public service professionals seeking to improve public service delivery and decision-making, with sessions conducted monthly in-person and weekly online components.

Applications are open to active public managers who can demonstrate leadership experience or the ability to lead positive change in public service.
