MEST 12-month Entrepreneurs-in-Training Program

The MEST 12-month Entrepreneurs-in-Training (EIT) program is a fully sponsored, graduate-level intensive that combines software development, business and communications training. Participants engage in hands-on project work and scenario-based learning, culminating in a final pitch for seed funding. The program includes mentorship, community building and pathways to incubation for top-performing teams. It is delivered from MEST’s base in Accra and aims to build founders’ technical skills, mindset and long-term leadership capacity.
