Nederlandse Prijs voor ICT-onderzoek

The Nederlandse Prijs voor ICT-onderzoek is an annual prize that honours a scientific researcher for innovative research or a scientific breakthrough in ICT. It is awarded to a researcher who, on 1 January of the prize year, is no more than 15 years past their PhD according to the then-current ERC compensation rules. The prize serves as a personal tribute and as promotion of the ICT field.

Researchers who on 1 January of the prize year are no longer than 15 years after their PhD according to the then-applicable European Research Council compensation rules, and who have innovative research or are responsible for a scientific breakthrough in ICT.

Nominations are submitted (in Dutch or English) via email to secretaris@khmw.nl addressed to the secretary for natural and medical sciences; nominators should consult the circular with the conditions before submitting. Deadline for nominations is 15 November 2026.
