Conferința națională de drept penal și procedură penală: Art. 367-446 Cod penal. Evoluții jurisprudențiale și doctrinare 2014-2025

The National Conference on Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure addresses Articles 367-446 of the Penal Code and recent doctrinal and jurisprudential developments covering 2014–2025. It is organised by the Institute for Legal Research “Acad. Andrei Rădulescu” of the Romanian Academy in partnership with the Universul Juridic publishing group. The event includes the launch of the fifth volume of Explanations of the Penal Code, Articles 367-446. The conference is scheduled to take place in the Aula of the Romanian Academy in Bucharest.
