Conferința națională de drept penal și procedură penală (Prima ediție)

The National Conference on Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure is a one-day academic conference organised by the Institute of Legal Research "Acad. Andrei Rădulescu" of the Romanian Academy. The theme covers Articles 1-52 of the Penal Code with jurisprudential and doctrinal developments from 2014–2024. The event brings together theoreticians and practitioners to discuss doctrine, national and European jurisprudence, comparative law and proposals for law reform.

The institute invites theoreticians and practitioners of Romanian criminal law and criminal procedure to participate in the debate.
