Sympozionul „Noul drept penal român – noi explicații teoretice”

The symposium "Noul drept penal român – noi explicații teoretice" is a one-day academic conference on Romanian criminal law and procedural law, organised in memory of George Antoniu and Costică Bulai. It brings together theoreticians and practitioners to debate theoretical developments and structural issues following the entry into force of the new codes (2014–2024). The event includes presentations and discussions and will be held at the Institute's headquarters in Bucharest and transmitted live on the Universul Juridic platform.

The organisers invite both theoreticians and practitioners of Romanian criminal and procedural law to participate.
